Community pharmacists in England can access an exciting opportunity for professional development – pharmacists are increasingly working within multi-professional teams across healthcare sectors, undertaking a range of services. Through the NHS Community Pharmacist Consultation Service (CPCS), you’ll use your core skills to provide clinical diagnosis for patients with minor illness.
GPhC want to ensure the profession is confident and prepared for this exciting role – from October 2020 we’re running free comprehensive CPCS CPD online workshops for community pharmacists.
Run in partnership with the Royal College of General Practitioners, you’ll be shown exactly how to manage NHS CPCS referrals. Available daily at times convenient to you, these sessions are all online due to COVID-19.
